• Keep it away from water, sweat and harsh chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming or working out.
• Handle the pearl chain gently, and avoid pulling or tugging on the strand.
• Don’t use polish, abrasive cleaners or rough cloths on the stones or pearls.
• Store it flat or hanging in its box or pouch, separate from other jewelry, to avoid scratches and tangling.

• Cash on Delivery available across Pakistan, with no advance payment needed.
• Order confirmation: We confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch, including your color choice.
• Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: 3–5 working days for major cities, 5–7 working days for other areas.
• Delivery charges: Flat Rs. 250 delivery charge. Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500. Charges are shown at checkout.
• Tracking: A tracking number is sent on WhatsApp or SMS once your order ships.
• Damaged or wrong item: Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
